DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB OPPORTUNITY

CMC, a company with two production plants in Bari, specialising in building and marketing self-propelled tracked aerial platforms, for staff expansion within the Administrative Department, is looking for an Administrative Manager with immediate availability.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate administrative and accounting activities;
Drawing up the periodical financial statements and the balance sheet in collaboration with the external consultant;
Managing relations with the Board of Auditors;
Managing mandatory books;
Supporting Management Control in the definition of budgets, forecasts, financial analysis;
Supporting the CFO in administrative and fiscal activities;
Drawing up proposals for the development of the accounting and administrative area;
Ensuring compliance with deadlines and administrative procedures;
Checking compulsory deadlines for tax, social security, and other regulatory obligations;
Acting as an administrative point of reference for internal clients;
In cooperation with management control, he/she contributes to monthly reporting within the scope of his/her responsibility;
Managing an administrative team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

At least 6 years‘ previous experience in the role, gained in the Administration, Accounting and Financial Statements department of structured and modernly organized companies.
Experience in export and customs management,
A university degree in economics and business disciplines
Excellent knowledge of the English language: written, spoken, listening, reading
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular, Excel
Excellent knowledge of Google Drive and its cloud applications
Previous experience with ERP and advanced Business Intelligence systems
Previous experience in cost accounting
