This decision, which follows the appointment of the new CEO of its subsidiary CMC North America in 2025, is part of a broader process of strengthening governance and accelerating the company’s industrial and international development plan.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]\"Stefano<\/p>\n

Stefano Di Santo is a manager with <\/span>significant experience in leading complex industrial companies<\/b>, gained in highly competitive B2B contexts with structured stakeholders, operating on an international scale. Throughout his career, he has coordinated and implemented strategic plans for both organic and inorganic growth, he has led M&A operations, organizational restructuring and transformation processes, as well as the launch of new entities and business units in various global markets.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alessandro Mastrogiacomo, representing the shareholder families, commented:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe appointment of Stefano Di Santo was strongly supported by the Mastrogiacomo and Moretti families. In agreement with Metrika, we have identified him as a figure of great managerial stability, capable of leading CMC into a new phase of growth, strengthening its industrial and strategic positioning in the long term.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Marco Giuseppini<\/b>, <\/span>CEO<\/b> of <\/span>Metrika SGR S.p.A.<\/b> – whose Metrika I Fund, specializing in investments in Italian industrial companies, has been the majority shareholder of CMC since 2022 – also commented on the appointment:<\/span><\/p>\n
