C.M.C. S.r.l., in compliance with legislative decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, which regulates the protection of persons who report violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, of which they have become aware in a public or private work context, has adopted its own whistleblowing policy.

In this section, therefore, the documentary and IT supports are published, which provide evidence of the rights and faculties contemplated in the aforementioned legislative text and enable them to be exercised. To this end, interested parties are invited to read the conditions set out in the whistleblowing policy.
