CMC Group Acquires Majority Stake in CMC Arbeitsbühnen and Equipment Service: CMC Deutschland Is Established as a Strategic Hub for the DACH Market

With this transaction, CMC Group strengthens its presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in the spider lift sector.

CMC Group has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in CMC Arbeitsbühnen GmbH & Co. KG—the long-standing official dealer for the German market—and in Equipment Service, a company specializing in technical service in Germany. This transaction is part of the Group’s strategic plan, driven by the Metrika fund together with the founding families Moretti and Mastrogiacomo, aimed at strengthening its positioning in key geographies for expansion by bringing sales and after-sales activities together under a single operational structure.

CMC Deutschland assumes the role of commercial and logistics hub for the entire DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), coordinating product and service flows and leading business development in the area. Continuity is ensured by the existing management team: Dieter Roters is confirmed as Managing Director, guaranteeing operational stability and a strong, direct presence in the local market.
